Hernán Sansone (Buenos Aires, 1967)
Hernán Sansone's simple paintings are always schematic representations of important moments or objects. "Triada" (triad) and "Bases" (bases) refer to monuments in Buenos Aires. The monuments usually remember important moments in a country's history. The winners are honored, but underneath the official version is always the story of the people who have not earned eternal fame, but who deserve it.
Sansone completed the art school "Prilidiano Pueyrredón" in Buenos Aires in 1990. After this he has had many exhibitions in Argentina and Colombia. The artist currently lives and works in Perreira, Colombia.
