Eneko Las Heras (Caracas, Venezuela, 1963)
 
Eneko dissects figures and reassembles them on the canvas, often using two or three contrasting colors. The artist's symmetries. A horse becomes an image using the 'L' shape twice. Eneko emphasizes the reality of the painting itself and accentuates the flatness of the canvas with the monotonous background.
 
Eneko is a draftsman and painter. With his drawings he was already present at the first and second Havana Biennials in 1984 and 1986. Nowadays he focuses more on painting. He exhibits his work mainly in Venezuela and Spain.
