Marco Buti (Empoli, Italy,1953)

The etches of Marco Buti became simpler and simpler in the course of time. Buti strips the forms of their official meaning, by which they get to be shown in all their nakedness. The forms are based on objects in the city, like bridges or buildings. Buti doesn't print editions. This way every form exist only once.
